What to Include

To help us answer quickly, tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot or the time of the problem helps a lot.

Common Requests

• Video problems. The result looks wrong, failed to generate or won't download. A failed render is retried once for free and its credits come back automatically if it fails again. If a finished video has a problem, email us and we refund the credits that video used, in money, back to your original payment method (through Stripe). If you used only part of a pack, the credits you haven't used yet are refunded in money too.
• Account and billing. Sign-in issues, credits, orders and payments.
• Privacy. Requests to delete your photos, videos or whole account before the automatic deletion (uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload).
• Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with Paws At You uses your image or content without permission, email us with the details and we'll review it.
