This Privacy Policy explains how Paws At You ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://pawsatyou.org.

Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with your Google account. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
2. Photos you upload. The photo of your pet or of yourself that you provide so we can make your video.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and related details such as status and creation time.
4. Usage data. Pages visited and features used, measured with Google Analytics, plus credits spent.
5. Traffic source. On your first visit we store where you came from (for example a link or a search engine) in a cookie for 30 days, and save it with your account when you sign up.
6. Payment data. Your orders and their payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account and credits, process payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your uploaded photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

• Google for sign-in and Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare R2 (our cloud storage) for uploaded photos and generated videos.
• An AI video provider that runs Seedance 2.0 Mini (ByteDance). Your photo is sent to it only to make your video, and the provider does not keep your photos.
• Stripe for payments, including Apple Pay on supported Apple devices.

Storage and Retention

• Uploaded photos are stored on our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to.
• You can ask us to delete your photos, videos or your whole account earlier at any time by emailing support@pawsatyou.org.

Your Choices and Rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing support@pawsatyou.org. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing or requesting a copy of your data.

Adults Only

Paws At You is for adults (18+). People shown in uploaded photos must also be adults who agreed to be in the video. Do not upload photos of minors.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, a cookie that remembers your first-visit traffic source for 30 days, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
