Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Paws At You at https://pawsatyou.org. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Paws At You lets you upload one photo of your pet or of yourself and get a short AI video, made with Seedance 2.0 Mini, of that subject as the big-eyed snow leopard of the "paws at you" meme. Paws At You is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by Ishikawa Zoo, the photographer of the original snow leopard photo (@black03_white03 on X), the owners of Tole Tole Cat / Mei Mei, Know Your Meme, Epic Games, TikTok, X, Instagram, CapCut or ByteDance.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Paws At You. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with your account.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use: your own pet, yourself, or adults who agreed to be in the video. You must not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or photos containing nudity, minors, hate or harassment. Photos with another app's watermark may be refused by the model's content review.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Paws At You to:

• impersonate any person or pass off a video as real footage of them;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may refuse or remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you. The videos you make are yours to use, including commercially (ads, promotions, client work, sponsored posts), and on social media. Please label them as AI-generated where required.

AI Output

The service is provided "as is". AI results vary from render to render: the exact backdrop, the eye size and how closely the video resembles the face in your photo are not guaranteed. Review your video before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Credits buy renders: a 6-second video uses 6 credits, 10 seconds uses 13 credits and 15 seconds uses 20 credits.
• Credits come in one-time packs. There is no subscription, and credits never expire.
• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, or Apple Pay on supported Apple devices).
• A failed render is retried once automatically for free. If it fails again, its credits are returned automatically, and so are the credits for a photo the content review refuses.
• If a finished video has a problem, email support@pawsatyou.org and we refund the credits that video used, in money, back to your original payment method (through Stripe). If you used only part of a pack, the credits you haven't used yet are refunded in money too.

Termination

You may stop using Paws At You at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Paws At You after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
